By booking onto a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Course Eligibility and Entry Requirements
1.1 Applicants must meet any published entry requirements before enrolment.
1.2 It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure they meet the prerequisite qualifications, experience, or professional requirements stated in the course description.
1.3 If an applicant does not meet the required entry criteria, we reserve the right to refuse enrolment or certification.
1.4 No refund will be due where a participant has provided inaccurate information regarding eligibility.
2. Course Fees and Payment
2.1 Course fees are as published at the time of booking.
2.2 Payment may be made in full or by instalment where such options are offered.
2.3 Full payment must be received before certification is issued.
2.4 Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension from the course or withdrawal of access to course materials.
2.5 For learners paying by instalment, failure to pay the deposit and provide confirmation that standing order payments have been set up by the due date and before the commencement of the course, may result in the cancellation of their place.
3. Consumer Cancellation Rights
3.1 With online booking, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3.2 If the course begins during the 14-day cancellation period and you have already received access to training, online content or course materials, you acknowledge that:

4.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
4.2 Refunds will be calculated as follows:

4.5 Failure to attend the course without notice will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be payable.
4.6 Learners paying by instalment remain liable for the full fee once the course has begun.
5. Cancellation or Changes by Us
5.1 We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, change venue, substitute tutors, alter schedules or modify course content were reasonably necessary.
5.2 If we cancel a course before it starts, learners will be offered:
5.3 Our liability is limited to the course fee paid. We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodation expenses, loss of earnings, or any indirect losses.

6. Attendance
6.1 learners must attend a minimum of 75% of classroom sessions.
6.2 Excessive lateness, non-attendance, or failure to complete required coursework may result in non-certification.
6.3 Learners must notify us as soon as possible if they are not able to attend a class.
7. Transfers
7.1 Learners may request a transfer onto a later course subject to availability and payment of any applicable transfer fee.

8. Assessments
8.1 To achieve certification, learners must successfully complete all:

8.5 Additional reassessment fees may apply where reassessment is required.
9 Course Completion
9.1 Learners who complete coursework and case studies more than one year after the date of their final practical examination, must retake the practical examination.
9.2 Learners have a maximum of two years after the date of their final practical examination to successfully complete all coursework and case Studies.
9.3 Learners must qualify within two years of the date of their final practical examination. After this period, they will no longer be eligible to qualify.
10. Practical Training and Participant Consent
10.1 Sport and Remedial Clinical Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy training involve practical work between learners.
10.2 Learners must follow tutor instructions at all times.
10.3 By attending the course, learners consent to giving and receiving supervised hands-on treatments.
10.4 Learners must disclose any relevant injuries, medical conditions, allergies, infections, or contraindications before participating.
10.5 Learners should inform tutors immediately if they experience undue pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any adverse reaction to the treatment they receive.
10.6 We reserve the right to restrict learners in practical activities where health and safety concerns exist.
11. Health, Safety and Professional Conduct
11.1 Learners must comply with all health and safety instructions.
11.2 Learners must maintain appropriate standards of personal hygiene and professional conduct.
11.3 Learners must behave in a professional and respectful manner.
11.4 We reserve the right to remove any learner whose conduct:

12. Insurance
12.1 Learners are responsible for ensuring they have any insurance required for their own professional activities during their training and after qualification.
12.2 Course fees do not include professional indemnity insurance, public liability insurance, or practitioner insurance.
12.3 During practical training sessions conducted under our supervision, we maintain appropriate business and public liability insurance.
12.4 Learners remain responsible for any personal belongings brought to the venue.
13. Qualification and Certification
13.1 Certificates are issued only where all course requirements have been successfully completed.
13.2 Learners are responsible for ensuring that the qualification meets the requirements of any insurers, employers, professional bodies, and regulatory organisations relevant to their individual circumstances and location.
13.3 Certification gives no guarantee regarding
14. Intellectual Property
14.1 All manuals, videos, presentations, handouts, assessment materials, and online resources remain our intellectual property.
14.2 Materials may not be copied, shared, uploaded, reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.
14.3 Access to online learning platforms is personal to the enrolled learner and may not be shared.
15. Academic Integrity
15.1 All assignments, case studies and assessments must be the learner’s own work.
15.2 Plagiarism, cheating, falsification of records or assessment misconduct may result in disciplinary action or non-certification.
15.3 Submitted work generated wholly or substantially by artificial intelligence (AI) tools as the learner's own work will be treated as academic misconduct and may result in disciplinary action or non-certification.
16. Appeals
16.1 Learners can appeal against an assessment mark within 14 days of receiving the result
16.2 Our external accreditor, STTQ, has assessment oversight and learners can make an appeal through their STTQ learner’s online portal.
17. Photography and Recording
17.1 Learners may record training sessions with the permission of those involved.
17.2 Any recordings of course sessions made by learners, where permitted, may only be shared within their own learner group. Failure to comply with this requirement will be treated as serious misconduct and may result in exclusion from the course.
17.2 We may take photographs or videos for training or promotional purposes.
17.3 Learners may opt out of promotional photography by notifying us at the time when we make an announcement before any recording begins.
18. Data Protection

19. Liability
19.1 We will provide services with reasonable care and skill as required by law.

20. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, venue closures, utility failures, or industrial disputes.
